| Benefits Specialist IL Open (J#55171) Title: Benefits Specialist Company: DSC Logistics Job Description We currently have an opportunity for a Benefits Specialist, at our Des Plaines, IL corporate headquarters. Overall responsibilities for this role are to assist in the daily administration of employee benefit programs including communication with employees and vendors to address and resolve issues, process monthly billing related to benefit plans and maintain employee benefits records. Specific responsibilities of the Benefits Specialist include: Participate in the day-to-day administration of all employee benefits plans: - Assist employees and field HR team members with the resolution of questions or issues regarding benefit plans including but not limited to enrollment, eligibility, claims, payroll deductions, etc. through verbal and written communications with internal departments and outside vendors - Run and distribute various benefit related data reports from the HR system - Enter employee data into the HR system - More... | |||
