Currently we are seeking an energetic, driven, and results-oriented: Associate Supervisor Key responsibilities for our Associate Supervisor at our Distribution Center include: - Maintain on time delivery at or above established percentage - Ensure billing dollars per day to annual plan as adjusted to prevailing business conditions - Maintain safety Incident rate and frequency rate below company established goals - Productivity at or above established goals Requirements Key requirements include: - Two year or Bachelor degree preferred - 3-5 years experience in a progressive manufacturing or distribution supervisory position - Prefer demonstrated experience with Lean Enterprise - Demonstrated leadership experience with Process Improvement As a leader in our industry, Belden offers a competitive salary and benefits package including company matched 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, medical insurance, dental insurance and life insurance.
