The selected individual will lead by example by ensuring that the branch policies and procedures are enforced at all times. The supervisor reports directly to the Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager. The successful supervisor will use his or her decision-making skills in planning the work for each shift. At the beginning of the day it is required that the supervisor prioritize the work that must be processed that day, schedule the staff to meet work demands, and distribute the work before the staff s arrival times. Specific Job Duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Supervise/Train the assistant supervisors to take over in your absence - Report daily activities to branch manager - Monitor employees productivity - Field customer service calls - Respond to research issues within 24 hours of receipt - Monitor breaks and lunches - Ensure that projects are processed in a timely manner - Perform corrective actions towards staff members - Report and resolve technical issues through to the Help Desk in a timely manner (obtain ticket number(s) to be reported in daily work status e-mail) - Ensure the staff follows the guidelines outlined in the General Security Regulations (GSR) - Report any operational deficiencies to management and other departments when applicable.
