FUNCTIONS: - Coordinate inventory requirements of ten branches - Reconcile customer orders with on-hand inventory - Place purchase orders with existing vendors and monitor status - Track purchase rebates - Process claims for product damaged in shipments - Process credits due customers - Perform and report physical inventories - Maintain a variety of spreadsheet reports - Carry out additional tasks as assigned. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum three years experience in an administrative environment with an emphasis on purchasing and inventory control - Understanding of analytical reporting - Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing practices - Computer Literacy: must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel. | |||
