External Responsibilities:
In Dr Pepper Snapple, we work together to create brands people love. You will contribute to this by
performing both analytical and administrative functions for the Corporate Travel and Purchasing Cards programs. The Travel and Purchasing card Analyst will responsible for monitoring the submission of the cardholder s monthly statements and providing appropriate notifications when this is not done timely. The Analyst will be responsible for running and distributing monthly notifications to cardholder s and their corresponding managers. This role will have responsibility of reconciling key general ledger and cardholder accounts as deemed appropriate. This Analyst will be responsible for compiling monthly metrics for and performing key customer service functions for all cardholders. The Travel and Purchasing Card will serve as the subject matter expert and perform administrative functions for JPMC PaymentNet, and Concur and any additional software applications used to manage these functions.
Accountability:

Performing Travel and Purchasing Cards Audits-50%
Travel and Purchasing Cardholder s Administration/Training/Customer Service-25%
Reconciling monthly payments and accounts-15%
Compiling and preparing metrics and reports-10%

Travel will be very limited. It could, however, include international visits to the outsourced partner in India.

External Requirements:
Education / Qualification Requirements:

- BS/BA Degree, General Business, and / or Accounting / Finance / Economics preferred or commensurate work experience.

Experience Requirements:

- 5 years of related Accounts Payable or Accounting experience. Additionally, 3 of those years should be in advanced AP analytical roles, with travel and purchasing card administration experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment. Experience with SAP. The aforementioned experience may come from a multitude of sources, with preference given to experience in a fast-paced consumer product, manufacturing, food service, or a public accounting background. - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills that will allow them to express key points in a clear manner. Must be able to provide - Must be able to meet tight deadlines and improve efficiencies based on targeted metrics and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills. - Must possess the ability to work with minimal direction when necessary to support the group s objectives and possess high attention to detail, and accuracy, within a high-volume work environment. Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in various computer applications (flexible and sophisticated enough to work with any accounting system), MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), SAP, Business Warehouse and others.
