We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. Description The Federal Financial Analyst will serve as a member of the Functional Team and will primarily support the project's business integration efforts including providing functional and technical stabilization support. This team member will provide functional and technical stabilization support by monitoring interfaces, address end-user question in the "help lab", and research/resolve system issues, etc. The team member will be required to gain a working knowledge ofFinancial Management Systems in support of ourclients' efforts to produce auditable financial statements. Responsibilities Support project requirements definition/management efforts Support process re-engineering efforts including creating process flows and system procedure documentation Support integration testing efforts Support application configuration updates Participate in testing efforts Support reporting design and testing efforts activities as needed Support training design, development and delivery efforts !*! Basic Qualifications TS/SCI security clearance 1year federal government finance / accounting or budgeting experience Bachelors degree 1year functional experience including any of the following: Process design/re-engineering Requirements management Training design & delivery Test planning and execution Professional Qualifications ERP Core Financials modules Consulting experience Auditing experience CPA Understanding of government acquisitions and logistics operations Experience with MS Visio and MS PowerPoint applications Help Desk experience Professional Skill Requirements: Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project assignments and comply with company procedures Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Excellent business acumen and industry acumen Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture businessmay not be eligible for consideration.
