| Analyst Operations VA Open (J#56203) Title: Analyst Operations Company: General Dynamics Job Category: Engineering Supports the PEO IWS 3.0 Technical Director (TD) providing manufacturing support engineering to IWS 3.0. Assist the Government lead in coordinating components and equipment deliveries from the applicable hardware manufacturer's plant to Naval Weapon Stations and other Naval Activities per terms of the contracts; providing shipping data/instructions to the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), the customer freight forwarder, the port of debarkation, and/or the in-country representative when required; investigating reports of discrepancies in shipments when submitted; Interfaces with contractor and government activities for logistics planning and production efforts; Coordinates with contractor and government activities in the development, integration, acquisition and fleet delivery of the products and services; Ensure adequate logistics support for acquisition and lifecycle support for program certification; Assists in the SBIR, Manufacturing Technology (MANTECH) and Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) processes. Additional tasks include: SHIPMAIN/NDE process management, government furnished equipment (GFE) tracking, technical data package development and review, as well as hardware/software procurement, delivery and installation tracking: Applies Life Cycle Logistics/Total Life Cycle Systems Management for IWS 3.
