The team creates many types of reporting outputs for all formats within Sears Holdings Corporation; including but not limited to: Kmart, Sears, Online, TGI and MyGofer. Due to the complexity of the business the recommended tenure for this position is 18 months. Job Requirements Responsibilities- - Create ongoing reports by running existing manual and automated processes - Assist in supporting and debugging existing processes - Participate and contribute in requirements gathering sessions with all levels of business stakeholders - Code and implement minor reporting enhancements - Assist Senior Analysts where needed in research, report development, and accomplishing team goals Skills/Experience Requirements- - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Prior experience with at least one of the following: Microsoft Access, SQL, VBA, Microstrategy - Strong technical aptitude with a desire to learn the business - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Highly flexible, fast learner, and able to work well under pressure Benefits A comprehensive and competitive benefit program is designed to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
