| Analyst Corporate Responsibility CT Open (J#54813) Title: Analyst Corporate Responsibility Company: UTC Corp Analyst, Corporate Responsibility and Supplier Diversity UTC Corp - Farmington, CT 06030 United Technologies Corporation, a Fortune top 50 company is a dynamic global corporation operating at the leading edge of commercial and military aviation, aerospace systems, climate control, elevator design, security and fire protection as well as hydrogen fuel cell development The analyst for corporate responsibility is accountable for supporting the advancement of the company's commitment to corporate supplier responsibility by helping to set and successfully meet UTC Operations' roadmap goals. This includes aiding in the development, implementation, management and support of all aspects of an integrated corporate supplier responsibility strategy and related programs. The analyst will work closely with divisional and cross-functional teams in Supplier Diversity, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Business Practices & Ethics. Key programs include: Supplier Diversity, Supplier EH&S, and Supplier Code of Conduct. Supplier Diversity - Achieve UTC Operations roadmap objectives; track and report quarterly metrics. Key metrics include: - Accurate, on time reporting to reach >$1B MWBE spend. - Achieve overall MFA > 6.0 for the annual Diverse Business Exchange. - Be responsible for maintaining diverse supplier profiles and databases. - Be responsible for all aspects of the UTC Supplier Diversity Council meetings and follow-up actions. - Lead the coordination for the Diverse Business Exchange including managing communication and logistics as well as post-event efforts. - Manage all aspects of the Tier 2 Program including data, communication and inquiries while being the resident expert on the Online Tier 2 Tool. - Ensure that supplier diversity training tools are current and relevant.
