We have an immediate need for a Analyst JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Proposed New Assignment: Hybrid Prototype Coordinator / Engineering Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities: - Ensure all shipping documents are complete and available for shipping, which includes HAZMAT Declarations, invoices, container information, quality certifications and Country of Origin - Attention to detail that allows reading and understanding Letters of Credit; determine shipping instructions on Letter of Credit. - Coordination, requesting and receiving documents as needed to improve receivables timing. - Understands packaging standards and can insure they are met for international shipment laws and customer needs. - Program management capabilities in order to meet time sensitive deadlines - Component and product expediting to meet customer and business unit goals. - Must be MS Office proficient - Oracle experience preferred More... | |||
