This salaried position is responsible for the identification, interviewing and recruiting of experienced, credentialed Financial Advisors to work within some of our company s largest affiliated firms. The Director plays a key role in identifying candidates with the right blend of knowledge, wealth management expertise, and relationship management skills to drive the financial services success of both the affiliated firm and 1st Global. Once the Financial Advisors are hired, the Director helps to manage and maintain their relationship with the home office by developing programs and events to ensure their continued engagement. STRATEGIC FIRM DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT The department supports two key business models: - Business Management Services (BMS) This model is an excellent solution for multi-partner firms that want to offer comprehensive financial services to their clients.
