| Administrative Support CA Open (J#53668) Title: Administrative Support Company: TDI Nationwide Description Import/Export Admin Support Administrative Support Import/Export administrative admin must be able to work independently in a self-directed manner based on objectives or projects given by management. The position requires strong (advanced) experience with Excel as well as intermediate or above knowledge of Office or related productivity applications. Must have ability to manage and manipulate data using Excel and other software to meet objectives given. Must be able to perform other administrative tasks such as troubleshoot from verbal information, phone calls, database and spreadsheet information. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. - Format data to populate all SEDform and Mainform entries to the Export Database for validation. - UNMATCHED: Locate missing shipment documents from Carriers and from SAP so the shipments can be verified. - Export Reconciliation: find errors and obtain SED corrections from carriers and correct all errors on all shipments. - EMR: Provide the monthly measurements report to Barry. - Provide SED filing information to Panalpina for Singapore shipments. - Provide Microsoft Access support for Duty Drawback claims process. - General support for and extensive knowledge of Data Entry Procedure - Working on CTPAT Revalidations. Requirements - STRONG computer skills Particularly in SAP, WMS, Lotus Notes, Lotus 123, Microsoft Excel and Access/ Access database - Able to learn new programs as required. - Must be organized, self directed, and able to work independent - Able to troubleshoot from data available from verbal, phone calls, SAP, WMS, - Access to identify the problem and to take it to complete resolution | |||
