Coordinates and completes all division paperwork (i.e. weekly attendance records, expense reimbursements and purchase requisitions).Communicates with Community College, State University and University of Massachusetts Presidents, Chancellors and staff, Human Resource Directors and staff, Executive Offices of Community Colleges and State Universities, and Union leadership.Maintains updated contact lists for various groups.Communicates with Trustees of three Health & Welfare Trust Funds.Coordinates requests for and monthly payment of state health & welfare appropriation.Prepares yearly audit reports.Prepares Collective Bargaining Agreements and coordinates all correspondence related to collective bargaining.Tracks all AFSCME grievance and reallocation submissions. Coordinates logistics for hearing dates, participants and locations.Maintains MCCC Licensure and Certification database. Tracks all MCCC request for establishment submissions. Coordinates logistics for periodic meetings of License & Certification Review Committee.Provides logistical and administrative support for periodic seminars for campus-based ORP administrators.Performs other tasks associated with the administration of the Employee Relations division.Non-essential Job Functions:Participates in regular schedule of main office reception phone coverage.Provides administrative support to the Optional Retirement Program by fulfilling supply requests from campus-based administrators.Communicates with campus-based administrators and program providers.Knowledge of tracking and completing requested changes in HR/CMS.Knowledge of processing and transmitting bi-weekly ?employer match?.Qualifications:Requirements:Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time professional experience in office.Applicant must have:? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with mail merges, document formatting, shared distribution lists, maintaining and querying Access databases? Ability to analyze data?
