| Accounts Receivable Analyst NJ Open (J#56317) Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Company: Johnson Johnso Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: NJ Primary responsibilities of the AR Analyst include the following: Review activity performed in SAP Accounts Receivable for Trade Customer accounts to ensure transactions are being processed in accordance with SoX Audit guidelines and SOPs. Make recommendations as needed to gain compliance. Serve as the main point of contact for A/R audits (internal and external). Manage write offs and transactions with appropriate approvals as needed. Work with Financial Accounting to perform monthly cash/bank reconciliation. Reconcile intercompany transactions with affiliate companies. Manage month end requirements including operating company reports of general ledger write offs. Balance cash clearing account, and run monthly reports for Trade Financial Management. Manage interface with 3rd party vendor according to contractual obligations, and perform transactions in accounts receivable to reflect ongoing activity. Summarize and review year to date activity, correct transactions as they are identified, and make process recommendations as needed. Maintain relationships with J&J banking network (Bank of America).
