Job Description The Account Executive position offers potential candidates the opportunity to establish superior selling skills, offer a large business solution in a small business environment, and grow into a senior position by gaining valuable experience selling to executive level decision makers - CEO, CFO, President, and VP Finance. This outside B2B sales position is focused on new business acquisition and retention. The shipping industry has an unlimited prospect base in a global market with minimal competition. Account Executives will work with companies to develop a comprehensive plan to help streamline and reduce shipping costs. You will have access to Best-in-Class LTL/Small Parcel carriers to ensure a customized solution for all of your customers. This is a 100% residual commission position and the AE must have a home office. Requirements Requirements Job Responsibilities The responsibilities for this position include but not limited to: - Identify and qualify new leads - Conduct meetings and present proposals - Implement shipping solutions - Manage customer relationships - Acts as liaison between the shipper and carrier Job Requirements The required qualifications for this position include but not limited to: Have a strong background in business to business outbound calling. Have a proven sales background, documented achievements and a tenacious appetite for success. Candidates must be aggressive, organized and effective under pressure Competitive personality Growth and sales oriented. Strong Customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be successful in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. Problem solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task in a windows based environment Bachelor s degree preferred but not required Training and Development We believe supporting our Account Executives (AE s) through best-in-class training and development. New hires can expect a 2 week comprehensive training that will set AE s up for success, with the potential of being promoted to Sales Manager within 6 months. AE s will be given all of the support and tools to help exceed their income expectations. You will continue to have support as you develop your skills and clientele.
